What to bring to your appointment
- GP or specialist referral
- Chest, CT/imaging scans that you have had taken within the last 6 months
- Copies of your recent sleep study or CPAP download if applicable
- Current medication list and any allergies that you may have
- Medicare Card
- Private Health Care Card or Veterans Affairs Card
Referrals
With a valid referral from your General Practitioner or specialist we are able to claim a Medicare rebate on your behalf on the day of your appointment following the payment of your consultation. You should receive the rebated amount into the bank account you have already nominated with Medicare within 1-2 business days.
Referrals can be emailed, faxed or sent via medical objects. Our friendly staff can also be contacted directly for appointments on 3324 1699.
*Please note that General Practitioner referrals are valid for 12 months and specialist referrals are valid for 3 months from the date of your first appointment.
Private Health Insurance is not required for a consultation. (Private Health Insurance does not cover any outpatient consultations).

Urgent referrals may be arranged by contacting our friendly reception staff on 07 3324 1699.
Urgent consultations are usually seen within the next business day.
